Lousy Week....

Last week I probably had been to hell and back. I couldn't believe how "helpful" my bosses are. After being put down by a colleague, my boss can tell me it's all about EQ!!

My assistant came to me today and told me she can't take the workload and she can't stay back late so she is contemplating leaving. This is what happened when the bosses don't fend off work for us. They will only tell you "it's only an additional line", "it's only 4 fields", "it's only...." all these "onlys" accumulate and I wonder if they can count. Well, probably not...

I think I got so busy and stress out last week that I had such bad headache. I stayed in bed since Sunday and only leave to go work today afternoon. I had to since I had 3 datelines tomorrow.

I really hate this nagging & complaining me but I REALLY need help. I have asked and always got rejected.

Last week we had an update. Big boss said he had put importance on 3 points - Teamwork, People and Personal Growth for us. Teamwork? This will take a looooooong time.
