Volleyballssss Weekend

I had 3 volleyball games over the last 2 days - 1 is within the company, 2nd is a friendly game with some Japanese ladies at the Japanese Seconday School and the last was the internal Allianz 2-on-2 beach volleyball competition. I was totally busted yesterday night when I reached home and was so ready not to go to the beach volleyball competition. But as always, responsibility eats into me. I had given them my word.

Something that really impressed me was the gals toilet in the Japanese School. They have pink tiles and between the tiles, they paint it pink too. Haaaaa...

I think the best satisfaction I had from the 3 games was from the internal company game. I guess it is something I want for myself as we lost last year game. This year, though I know the Team I am playing with is the strongest among the lot but there's always this saying that the ball is round so anything can still happen as how we have seen in the previous games.

However, I was rudely brushed off by a team member while having a conversation with their captain so that pushes me to wanting to win the game even more, especially if we are meeting them in the final. As "luck" would have it, we did meet in the final. Well, I think that "brush" helps, we won!!
