What is Champion Award?

Someone asked, "Is it true that the person who received a Champion Award previously will not get the Champion Award again? Future recipients may not necessary do a better job than the previous receipients and the project doesn't seem to be awarding the award to the previous recipients again."

Set me thinking. I think that's quite true. Some of the older recpients are still alot more outstanding than the new ones. Some of the new recipients actually make some of us twitch our eyebrows when we heard their names. And there are alot of people who are definitely working their butts off and delivering but they don't get the award. This is where smart working and people who work hard and doesn't shine.

Well, who know what the bosses think? Guess they just want even distribution.

And yes, they also can't understand english. The title says CHAMPION AWARD. But they are giving away more than 1. Looks like it's not just us who can't make the decision.
