I think they are confused - BIG TIME.
They offer childcare leave (6 days) for those who has children under 6 years old so that they can spend time to take care of their sick child or just plainly to spend time with their child.
Then they say we are not getting hitch. Do they know why? Cos we got to stay back and cover those married colleagues who has an additional week leave to spend time with their child!!!
I wonder if they know you need people to get married first (at least for this society and that the fact that the childcare leave does not apply to unwed mums) before the population in the country can grow.
oh wait, they are just pining hopes on the married couples who just don't want kids/more kids.
Silly.
