Randomness...

Everything is so chaotic in the office today. Old already. Cannot take so many stunts thrown in my direction. I guess this is also where the job satisfaction comes from. To be able to still deliver despite all the stunts pulled on me.

Spoke to an ex-boss. It's nice to hear encouragement. Apart from encouragement, he said "the bosses can't do without you and they dunno what to do if they are without you.." At least I know he appreciates me when we worked together last time. He always complains that I worked too hard when we worked together. I was telling him one of my existing bosses just told me days back that everyone is not indispensable. Just painful in the beginning but they can be replaced. Somehow more inclined to that thought. Sigh....

Congrats, Boss! May your child stays happy as how you have named him.

Cannot understand some of the decision called by some people. It's weird. Choose to terminate a staff immediately and pay him an extra month when they already knew that was the plan to take a month back. It's weird how much some of us try to save and another team just spend it like water.
