Changing boss again... I have heard news about one of my existing bosses helping out on another team sometimes back and I was wondering how he could be doing both jobs as the load on the new team will be heavy. So when this news came, I am not surprise. Good thing? My direct report remains. Phew...
Not sure if I am looking forward to her joining the team. Though my previous experience I find working with lady easier but after working with MOH, I think to-date, he is as good as my boss during the hospital days. But I have bad experience with lady bosses before too. We normally start off a few years good but the endings are bad (except HT of course. Still love her! Great boss! I actually left my previous job cos she was transferred out.)
I just did a count. This project, I have changed 6 bosses already. This number does not even include the leads.
We'll see what'll happen. He will protect me, I'm sure. Amen!
